Vehicle Property Taxes paid to the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV) at the time of registration renewal are not available on this website. To obtain a statement of property taxes paid for your vehicle, call NCDMV at 919-814-1779 or email your request to their service center.

By North Carolina statute, real and personal property taxes are due annually on September 1st of the tax year and are considered current if paid by January 5th of the following year. 3R Fees, Stormwater Fees, and Solid Waste Center Fees do not constitute a lien on the real property. Registered motor vehicle bills are due and delinquent as posted on the individual bills.
