To produce timely results, narrow or limit your search criteria as much as possible, i.e., Key in an entire name (for example enter SMITH WILLIAM E instead of SMITH W). When searching for a numeric name (such as 1st National Bank), search for both 1st National Bank and First National Bank. Narrow date ranges, if searching for 6 years narrow to only one year at a time. Select a specific document type to search (for example expand or click on the General Document Type and select just Deed of Trust as the Document Type). If you DO NOT NARROW OR LIMIT YOUR SEARCH CRITERIA, you may not get to view complete search results or your search results could take a long time to generate.
