Residential apartments (2 to 4 units) have the same 1001 land use code as single family residences.  Apartments with 5 or more units (commercial) have the 1201 land use code.  

Single family homes have Building Type R010, R015, or R060 .  Two to four Unit apartments have Building Type R020.  Apartments with 5 or more units will have one of the following Building Types:   C010, C015, C020, C025, C030, C040, C050, OR C055.

Residential condos have land use code 1101 and Building Type R030.  Townhomes have the same 1001 land use code as residential properties but have Building Type R040.
